For the heart roars with poetry when it hits a turning point… ~ mtg
Poem by Gay Tibay-Corbeta
I smile because it is in smiling that I am able to share.
I share because it is in sharing that I am able to see a glimpse of hope.
I hope because it is in hoping that I am able to show I care.
I care because it is in caring that I am able to experience touch.
I touch because it is in touching that I am able to convey love.
I love because it is in loving that I am able to experience sacrifice.
I sacrifice because it is in sacrificing that I encounter death.
I die because it is in dying that I am able to live forever….
I learn to give my all not because I am flowing with so much.
I give because I know how it is to be alone and empty.

Well written ma’am Gay!
